We ring salons at the weekend. Most do not pick up. Their team is with a client, which is where they should be, and the caller has already rung the next name on the list.

The existing options did not fit. Answering services work from a script and take a message. Voicemail loses most callers outright. Off-the-shelf AI phone bots do not know the difference between a lash lift and extensions.

So we built one that is set up for a single business at a time: its services, its prices, its booking rules, its tone. It answers in under a second, books straight into the diary, hands over to a person when it should, and tells every caller it is an AI.

The phone is where we started because that is where the loss is easiest to see, but the aim is wider than reception. Every small business runs on work that has to happen and that nobody chose to do: the same enquiry retyped, the same follow-up chased, the same report rebuilt on a Sunday evening. Anything in that pile a machine can do properly is an hour handed back to the person who would otherwise be doing it late at night. That is the point of the company, and the reason we keep building past the phone.
