Pilot programme

Start with the hours
nobody can answer.

A 30-day soft launch on your closed hours and overflow only. Your team keeps every call it answers today. At the end you get measured numbers, and you decide with those.

01 How it runs

Four steps, about five weeks.

Step 01 · About a week

Configuration

We set the assistant up with your services, prices, hours and booking rules, connect your diary and choose a voice that suits your business. Nothing changes in your diary while we do it.

Step 02 · Go-live

Soft launch

The assistant picks up only what your team cannot: calls after you close, and calls that arrive while your line is engaged.

Step 03 · Day 30

Review the real numbers

You get the actual data: how many calls came in outside your hours, what they asked for, how many became bookings, and what was escalated to a person.

Step 04 · Your call

Decide with data

Widen the pilot to all hours, keep it to overflow, or stop. Either way you know more about your phone than you did a month ago.

02 What we measure

The report replaces every estimate with a measurement.

Our proposals model revenue at risk from your published hours and prices. The pilot report replaces those modelled figures with what happened.

  • Calls received outside your opening hours, by day and hour.
  • Calls received while your own line was engaged.
  • What callers asked for, grouped by service.
  • Bookings made, changed and cancelled, written to your diary.
  • Cancellation calls turned into rebookings instead of empty slots.
  • Calls transferred to a person, and why.
  • The value of the bookings the assistant made, at your own prices.
03 Who it suits

A pilot makes sense if this sounds like you.

Appointments are your revenue

Salons, clinics, dental and medical practices, law firms, estate agents and trades: anyone whose diary is the business.

The phone loses to the customer in front of you

Your team is with a client for most of the day. The phone rings anyway, and nobody is free to pick it up.

You are closed for 100+ hours a week

A 56-hour week leaves 112 hours when a caller reaches nobody. Phorest UK reports that around 30% of salon bookings are made when the salon is closed.

04 Questions

Pilot questions.

Does anything change for my team?

No. They keep answering the calls they answer today. The assistant only takes calls that would otherwise reach voicemail or a busy tone. Diversion is switched on for those conditions only.

Can we stop after 30 days?

Yes. The pilot ends with a report of what actually happened on your line, and you keep it either way. Nothing rolls on automatically without you agreeing to it, and how to stop is set out in your agreement before the pilot starts.

What happens to our data?

You are the controller and we are your processor under a written data-processing agreement. If you stop, your data is returned or deleted within 30 days. See our security page.

Do callers know it is an AI?

Yes. Every call starts with an announcement that they are speaking to an automated assistant, that the call is transcribed, and that they can ask for a person at any time.

How much of my time does it take?

One consultation of about an hour, a review of the configuration before go-live, and a 30-minute review of the report. We handle the rest.

Start with the calls nobody answers today.

Leave your details. We will ask about your opening hours and roughly how many calls you get, then send a pilot plan and a modelled report for your business.
