The receptionist that
never puts anyone on hold.
A voice receptionist built for one business: yours. Every part of it is yours to set, from what it says and how it says it to what it will never do. It speaks the way your front desk does, books straight into your diary and passes the call to a person when it should.
What happens once it picks up.
Works out what the caller wants
Speech is turned into text as the caller talks and checked against your services, prices, hours and rules. It copes with interruptions, accents and a change of mind.
Books, changes, confirms
Reads live availability from your diary, books the appointment with the right length and the right member of staff, texts the caller a confirmation and sends your team a summary.
Knows when to stop
A complaint, a clinical or legal question, a request for a named person, or anything outside your rules: the call is passed live to your nominated contact, or a message is taken and someone is alerted straight away.
What it can do.
24/7/365
Midnight enquiries, weekend rushes and bank holidays are answered the same way as a Tuesday at 11am.
Many calls at once
Every caller gets their own line, so nobody hears an engaged tone when three people ring during a promotion.
25+ languages
Answers in more than 25 languages and can switch mid-call between the ten most common, without transferring or asking the caller to choose.
Configured, not off the shelf
Greeting, tone, vocabulary, what to offer, what to refuse, who it transfers to and when: every part is set with you and signed off before go-live, and changed whenever you want. It can speak in your own voice, from 30 to 120 minutes of recordings.
Bookings, changes, cancellations
Reads live availability from your CRM or booking system, books with the right staff member and duration, and reschedules or cancels on the call. Phorest is built in; Semble, for GP practices, is in development.
Live transfer and escalation
Transfers to your mobile or office line by rule, takes a message if nobody answers, and alerts the right person straight away.
Transcripts and summaries
Every call produces a transcript, a summary and any actions. Your team gets a message by SMS, email, Telegram or WhatsApp when something needs them.
Returning callers
Recognises returning clients from their number, greets them by name, and applies whatever rules you have set about who can book what, and what has to happen first.
What it will not do.
Almost everything about the assistant is yours to set: what it says, what it offers, what it refuses, who it transfers to and when. These are the exceptions, and they are the same for every client.
- It is not an emergency line. Anyone describing an emergency is told to call 999 and, if you choose, transferred straight to you.
- It does not give medical, clinical, legal or financial advice. Those questions go to a person.
- It does not take card payments or read out account details. Payments stay in your own channels.
- It never claims to be human, and you cannot configure it to.
- It does not use your callers' data to train models. Every Deepgram request carries the model-improvement opt-out and OpenAI API data is not used for training.
What it connects to.
It can be linked to any CRM or booking system with an API.
Phorest is built in and Google Calendar is connected. Outlook and other systems are linked per client through their API, and we confirm what is possible for your setup during the consultation. All integrations →
Voice questions.
How human does it sound?
Ring the demo line and judge for yourself. Whatever you make of it, it tells every caller it is an AI. Our terms require that.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so, offers to take a message or transfer the call, and never invents a price, a policy or a diagnosis. Anything it could not answer is flagged in the summary so you can add it to the configuration.
Does it work with my existing numbers?
Yes. You keep your numbers and your provider and divert calls to a number we allocate, either for every call or only when your line is engaged or unanswered.
How long does setup take?
About a week: a consultation to map your services, prices and rules, connection to your diary, a review of the persona, then go-live. We suggest starting with a 30-day pilot on closed hours and overflow.
Can it use my own voice?
Yes. With 30 to 120 minutes of clean recordings from you or a team member we can model the voice, under a signed voice licence that covers what happens if that person leaves. The licence terms come with your quote.
Hear it answer, then let it answer yours.
Book a demo call and hear it yourself, or start a 30-day pilot on the hours nobody can answer today.
