Be the business
AI recommends.

Generative Engine Optimisation. When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Claude for "a lash studio in Chiswick" or "a nail salon in Ilford", the answer is a shortlist of three or four names. GEO is the work of getting onto that shortlist, and staying there.

01 Why it matters

AI gives a shortlist. You need to be on it.

People ask, engines recommend

Ask ChatGPT or Gemini for a nail salon in your area and it names a few businesses and describes each one.

Engines read differently

They favour businesses whose name, address, services, prices and reviews match everywhere they look, and whose pages say plainly what they do, where, and for how much.

The shortlist is short

Three or four names per answer. If you are not one of them, the enquiry goes to a business that is, and it never reaches your phone.

02 What we do

The audit first. Then the work.

AI visibility audit

We build a profile of your business from your website and Google listing, then put around thirty realistic customer questions to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, twice each, and measure how often you are recommended, at what rank, and how you are described.

Site and data audit

We check whether your site blocks AI crawlers, whether it has a sitemap and structured data, whether your name, address and phone number match your Google listing, and how specific your wording is. That is scored alongside the visibility results.

Pages that answer the question

We write or rewrite pages so they answer the exact questions people put to engines, in the words your sector uses.

Competitors and sources

The businesses each engine recommends instead of you, scored from the same answers, and a table of the domains the engines actually cite, so the gaps are specific.

Monthly re-runs

We put the same questions to the same engines each month, so one month can be compared with the last. You get a score out of 100, the parts that make it up, and a margin of error.

Tied to reception

Being recommended only helps if someone answers. If you also run the Voice Receptionist or Email Agent, the enquiries GEO brings in are answered and booked.

03 Straight talk

What we can and cannot promise.

Nobody can guarantee a place in an AI answer. Anyone who says otherwise is guessing. This is what we do commit to.

  • A measured baseline before we start, so improvement is visible rather than claimed.
  • We do not write fake reviews or fake citations, and we do nothing that could put your Google listing at risk.
  • Monthly reporting on measured visibility, with the questions we tested and the answers we saw.
  • Plain-English explanations of what changed and why, so you could carry it on without us.
04 Questions

GEO questions.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO earns a position in a list of links. GEO earns a place in an answer. The foundations overlap, such as accurate data and good content, but engines weight consistency, plain language, reviews and citations differently, and they answer questions rather than rank pages.

Do I still need SEO?

Yes. GEO sits alongside it. Much of the work, such as structured data and consistent contact details, helps ordinary search too.

How long before we see results?

We do not promise a timescale. It depends on the engine and on what needs fixing. Because we re-run the identical question set each month, you can see what moved and what did not.

What do you need from us?

Access to your website and Google Business Profile, your service list and prices, and a short conversation each month.

What does it cost?

Services start from £250. What your business needs is quoted on enquiry.
